As the on-site Production Coordinator for the Hulu live stream of Lollapalooza, I helped ensure the production ran smoothly by managing logistics, workflow, and crew operations. This included helping hire the crew. I also spearheaded the development of a scalable media management process, guaranteeing the efficient delivery of artist performances featuring headliners like Billie Eilish, The 1975, K-pop group Tomorrow X Together, and more.
