As the on-site Production Coordinator for the Hulu live stream of Austin City Limits, I helped ensure the production ran smoothly by managing logistics, workflow, and crew operations. This included playing a key role in securing a skilled crew to handle the diverse requirements of the live stream. As well as spearheading the development of a scalable media management process, guaranteeing the efficient delivery of artist performances featuring headliners like Mumford and Sons, Labrinth, Hozier, and more.
